Horses?????

I joined a Drill Team and I'm learning how to carry a flag. My horse, Missy, did Drill Team 5 years ao with her previous owner. Any Tips?

1. take her to practiace and see it she can rember the things that she did
2. prectice with her! she may not remember that a flag shooshing over her head is ok!
3. Terr What fun! To desensitize my horses from flags, balloons, loud PA systems, and ribbons, I just place the flags and balloons around the property,crank up the talk radio on a boom box( a friend has a karaoke machine she uses ) and place ribbons on stalls and eventually horses. Its easy how OK they get when the spookies are " normal". I also POP a balloon under bellies of all horses after a few days of popping balloons in the area, so that if a loud sudden sound happens, its just another no big deal thing. My best luck with a flag wary Paint needed for a parade was to hang it on the house where it cracked and waved, and ride past it until it was fun to carry. Good luck with your horse Missy!
