Hippotherapy

I am an OT student interested in getting experience in hippotherapy.?

I live in Bryan, TX and I would like to find out who do I contact to get more information on this type of therapy.

1. Go to www.americanhippotherapyassociation.org They have a section for fieldwork opportunities. You will want to find a practitioner that is affiliated with the American Hippotherapy Association. If there is no fieldwork listed under the educational area- then look under the "find a therapist" section. Ideally, choose a HPCS practitioner or at least a Level II. Good luck.
