What would be a good title?

I'm writing a book using therapeutic horseback riding. The farm is called The Caserno Farms. (That's the owner's last name.) When they become in debt, they need to sell all the horses and the farm. The daughter, Annie, is going to try and save the farm. What do you think the scheme should be and what should be the title? SERIOUSLY!!!!!!
