1. check on www.petfinder.com or www.petfinder.org, you can search up horses in your district.

Not sure what kind of horse you are looking for but there is a great rescue in FL.You can check them out at www.saveafoal.com they have adult horses as well as foals.You can also contact Jen( The rescue owner) and tell her what you are looking for and if she doesn't have it,chances are she will know someone who does.Hope this help and best of luck in your horse search.
3. Try petfinder.com and adopt a horse instead... there are so many animals out there that need homes that don't have one. Why buy a pet when you can adopt!
