I have 2 favorites. Horsetopia and equinehits! Dreamhorse is good too but I find it doesn't have quite as many horses! :)
Horse trader, Dream Horse, Horse Trader Magazine.......many more.
I like http://www.equine.com because you can specify your horse down to the last marking, and you can post and see videos and pictures, e-mail the sellers/buyers, and negotiate online.
