Should Horse Racing have a national commissioner like in baseball, football, hockey, etc. ?
Every sport has a national office of the commissioner except boxing and horse racing, which are run by individual states. Penalties are sometimes honored and sometimes penalties against fighters and jockey's are ignored from state to state, medications and nutritional substances are disputed from state to state, etc. Would a national commissioners office solve or hinder horse racing and professional boxing ?

- I think there should be one for boxing, which has turned into a joke. I think it could only help boxing get itself back on the right path. I love my horses and one central person could never handle all the tracks. Too many variables.
