do you know the breed of the horse used in LOTR?.. the white one.. called shadowfax owned by gandalf.. how much does it cost?

- Andalusian Probably about 5thou to 20 thou, depending on the training level.
- Its either an Andalusian or a lusitano I think.... It will be worth ALOT of money, but nobody can say how much (Except the owner of course).
- I believe Shadowfax (from the movie) is an Andalusian. This is a very expensive breed, often used for dressage and carriage. For a trained horse you're looking over $30,000. Andalusian's are beautiful but high maintanance.
